<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support rapid and proper decision making in a procurement job by providing information having directivity by a procurement component, a procurement destination and a decision making purpose. <P>SOLUTION: An evaluation value of qualitative information and evidence data such as an electronic mail or a photograph are acquired in addition to information based on past transaction results registered in a database 3 of a mission-critical system, information thereof is totaled by a totaling method set in each the purpose of the decision making, and importance of information to be seen is automatically decided on the basis of the past transaction results. Thereby, a proper information display screen according to a use method of a decision maker is provided.
