PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-carrier modulator which is capable of modulating the given data signals with two or more carrier signals simultaneously. SOLUTION: The multi-carrier modulator modulates data signals with multi-carrier signals containing two or more carrier signals of different frequencies and outputs the modulated data signals. The multi-carrier modulator is equipped with a carrier generating unit for generating the multi-carrier signals integral multiple times as high in frequency as a reference signal, a data signal output unit for outputting data signals repeatedly, a repetition control unit for controlling the repetition frequency of the data signal output unit so as to make the total time of the data signals which are repeatedly outputted from the data output unit an integral multiple times as long as the frequency of each carrier signal, and a modulating unit which modulates the data signals with the multi-carrier signals and outputs the modulated data signals.
