PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filled vibration absorbing device for securing a positional relationship between both lattice members with high accuracy by using a welding means for forming the pair of lattice members into one unit which restrict the displacement of an elastic partition membrane at both sides. SOLUTION: The first and second lattice members 16, 17 are welded into one unit by fusing a welding protruded portion 67 into a welding grooved portion 77 and completed by making first and second reference faces 65b, 75b abut on each other. As a result, the first and second lattice members 16, 17 secure an opposite face clearance with high accuracy, reliably suppressing the generation of abnormal sounds and the dispersion of dynamic properties of products.
