PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and surely exchange a vertically long rectangular banner for displaying advertisement propaganda, a proper design pattern and the like to a banner pole concerning a small banner performing advertisement propaganda and the other display by arranging and installing a great number of the flags in a shop such as a pachinko parlor. SOLUTION: The banner is sandwiched with opposite faces of an elastic member 5 interposing the rear end edge of the banner 3 in a slit part 6 from one sandwiching piece 2A and the other sandwiching piece 2B and simply removed from the banner pole 1 only by pulling the banner 3 toward this side during exchange without opening and operating the sandwiching member 2 by projecting the sandwiching member 2 toward a forward direction comprising a pair of right and left sandwiching pieces 2A and 2B providing the slit part 6 between the opposite faces at several parts on the banner flag 1 and inserting the rear end edge of the banner 3 from a forward side in the slit part 6 of the several sandwiching members 2.
