PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring the distribution of luminance which is high in measurement precision and capable of simply setting the exposure condition. SOLUTION: The same object to be measured is photographed in multiple times, wherein the photographing condition of the photographing means 1 is changed by the photographing condition setting means 2. The image forming means 3 has previously set the graduation value as a specific value in a region where the error between the pixel value and the luminance is smaller than the other region within an output range of the pixel value of the photographing means 1, and compares the pixel value of the pixel corresponding to the same measurement point to the specific value in the plurality of images photographed by the photographing means 1, and selects the pixel value nearest to the specific value.
