PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car washing machine having a top brush to brush a top side of a vehicle and side brushes to brush sides of the vehicle on a car washing machine body reciprocally traveling with respect to the vehicle to be washed which is capable of reducing a car washing space. SOLUTION: Guide rails 19L, 19R to guide a top brush 10 in an elevating/lowering manner are provided on a car washing machine body 1. The guide rails 19L, 19R have first parts 11L<SB>1</SB>, 11R<SB>1</SB>extending vertically behind side brushes 11L, 11R, and second parts 11L<SB>2</SB>, 11R<SB>2</SB>bent forwardly above the side brushes 11L, 11R, and the top brush 10 is reciprocated along the guide rails 19L, 19R.
