PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier film excellent in transparency, having high gas barrier properties and excellent high temperature hot water sterilization treatment optitude against boiling or retorting and enhanced in practicality having boiling resistance and retorting resistance not causing the deterioration of barrier properties, interlaminar peeling (delamination) or the like, and a laminated material using it. SOLUTION: An anchor coating agent layer comprising a resin composition, which contains a polyacrylic or polymethacrylic resin having at least two hydroxy groups in its structure and a curing agent, is provided on one side of a base material film while a vapor deposition layer comprising an inorganic oxide is further provided on the anchor coating agent layer and a gas barrier coating film comprising a gas barrier composition is furthermore provided on the vapor deposition layer comprising the inorganic oxide to constitute the barrier film.
