<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out active ingredients in mycelia without destroying by crushing cell walls of the mycelia of mushrooms and ultrafinely dividing the whole mycelia containing the cell walls. <P>SOLUTION: Fine particulate mycelial particles obtained by pulverizing the mycelia of the mushrooms and any water of electrolyzed reduced water prepared by electrolyzing tap water or natural water or alkaline ion water, mineral water or pure water are mixed. The resultant fluid material is then charged into an ultrafinely dividing apparatus to make the mutual mycelial particles in the fluid material collide under high pressure. The whole mycelia containing the cell walls are crushed and ultrafinely divided to, e.g. a nanometer size. The mycelial ingredients are extracted from the ultrafinely divided mycelial particles into the fluid material. The resultant fluid material is then dried to evaporate and remove moisture.
