<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health food of an onion husk powder for water extraction, capable of being produced by a method in which an onion husk comprising a residual substance of a food material is utilized without damaging an active ingredient for human health, to provide a method for effectively ingesting the health food of the onion husk powder for the water extraction, and to provide the method for producing the health food of the onion husk powder. <P>SOLUTION: This health food of the onion husk powder for the water extraction comprises a powder which is produced by grinding an outermost pellicle and a second husk of an onion washed by water and dried, wherein particle diameters of the powder are distributed in a range of 30 to 150 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
