ELECTRODE FORMING COMPOSITION, METALLIC POROUS BODY, AND ELECTRODE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode enabling realization of a large capacity required of a secondary battery.

SOLUTION: The electrode forming composition contains an organic hollow filler (A) formed by polymerizing a monomer containing a cyano group-containing vinyl monomer (g3) by 50% or more to the total weight of constituent monomers; a binder (B); nickel fine particles (C1) and/or fine particles of an alloy family mainly containing nickel (C2), as essential components. The electrode is made of the metallic porous body formed by baking the above.
