<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance security by preventing alteration of data or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A line L91 connecting IC 1 (111) to IC 2 (112) is disconnected if the position of the line L91 is overlapped. The disconnection of the line L91 causes switching of tag function unintended by a user, which may bring about a trouble in use. As a design of wiring for responding to such a problem, tags A and B include the first line L91 and a second line L92 different in the distance from an end part of a substrate. According to this, since the other line L92 exists even if one line (the first line L91) is disconnected by any cause, no disconnection of line is determined.
