<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting apparatus for reducing the cycle time, when mounting electronic components on a board. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting apparatus comprises a panel table 2 for carrying a panel 1; an index table 4 for carrying a TCP 3; a suction head 16 for mounting the TCP carried to a mounting position by the index table to the panel carried to the mounting position by the panel table; a first camera 41 for imaging the panel for recognizing the position before the panel carried by the panel table reaches the mounting position; a second camera 44 for imaging the TCP for recognizing the position before the TCP carried by the index table reaches the mounting position; and a control unit for controlling the conveyance of the panel by a panel stage so that the panel and the TCP can be relatively positioned at the mounting position, based on the position recognition of the first and second cameras. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
