PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine blade 10 having a tip scaler 28. SOLUTION: First and second side walls extend from a root 27 disposed adjacent to a dove tail 14 to a tip cap 36 and allow to flow combustion gas therebetween. Also, the scaler tip 28 comprises a tip rib 38 extending from the tip cap 36 outward. This method comprises a step for removing the scaler tip 28 having the rib tip 38 from the tip cap 36 and a step for adding a new material for acting as a new scaler tip 28' to the tip cap 36. Notches 50A to 50H disposed at a plurality of intervals are formed in a new material between the leading edge and trailing edge of an aerofoil part 12. At least one hole 54 is formed in each notch so as to run cooling air from the internal hollow of the aerofoil part in communication with the internal hollow 30 of the aerofoil part to form the scaler tip.
