PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interface unit capable of efficiently converting air conditioner data, and IO and analog data to transmission data to a control device in response to the number and traffics of connection apparatuses by one interface unit. SOLUTION: The interface unit comprises a state change number detecting means 7 for sending interrupt command data when the number of pieces of state change data temporarily stored in a memory means 8 is an initially-preset value or more, and a second sending/reception device part 6a which executes data sending/reception between the control device 3 and the IO and analog 4, and sends to the control device 3, operation state data of an air conditioner 5 from data of the IO and analog 4 by a command from the operation state change number detecting means 7. The state change number is monitored based on the communication load of the air conditioner, and information of the IO and analog and air conditioner can be efficiently transferred to the control device with the optimal timing.
