PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance, a heat insulating property between a frame member of one insulation panel and a frame member of the other insulation panel adjacent thereto, when connecting the insulation panels. SOLUTION: When the insulation panels 108 are connected, the frame member 103' of one insulation panel 108 is connected to the frame member 104' of the other insulation panel adjacent thereto through a vacuum insulation member 111. The frame members 103' and 104' include storage parts 103b' and 104b' for storing parts of the vacuum insulation member 111, respectively. A space formed between the frame member 103' of the one insulation panel 108 and the frame member 104' of the other insulation panel 108 adjacent thereto when the insulation panels 108 are connected is filled up with the heat insulation member 111.
