PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice making machine capable of making highly transparent ice in a short time using a small and simple constitution, and to provide a refrigerator-freezer having it. SOLUTION: The ice making machine 49 supplies the water of an ice making water storage tank 21 to an ice tray 15 through a water absorption pipe 2, and cools the ice tray 15 to make ice. Especially, a reflux pipe 3 is communicated with the bottom of the ice tray 15, and cold air cut-off treatment is applied to at least one of the outer periphery of the reflux pipe 3 and the outer wall of the ice tray 15.
