PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant adhesive polyorganosiloxane composition of an addition reaction type, which has flowability in an uncured state, cures at room temperature generating adhesivity and exhibits the flame retardancy of UL94V-0 at the thickness of 2 mm. SOLUTION: The adhesive polyorganosiloxane composition comprises: (A) a polyorganosiloxane of a normal chain type with at least 2 alkenyl groups in a molecule and the viscosity of 1.0-500 Pa s at 23°C; (B) a branched polyorganosiloxane having at least 3 alkenyl groups; (C) a polyorganohydrogen siloxane; (D) a platinum metal compound; (E) at least 2 kinds of organosilicon compounds having a carbofunctional group and a silicate functional group and (F) zinc carbonate or basic zinc carbonate.
