PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug for treating skin disease containing a urea derivative, an acid amide or the like as active ingredient. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the drug for treating skin disease comprising the urea compound having a structure represented by general formula [1] or a salt thereof, having an excellent curative effect on skin diseases. [In the formula below, A represents -(NR<SP>4</SP>)-, -(CR<SP>5</SP>R<SP>6</SP>)- or -O-; B represents an alkylene or alkenylene group; R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>, R<SP>5</SP>and R<SP>6</SP>represent each a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an adamantylalkyl group or the like; R<SP>3</SP>represents an aryl group or an unsaturated heterocyclic ring; and X represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom].
