PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide forklift cooling structure for improving the cooling performance of a vehicle by adjusting a flow of air in the vehicle while efficiently cooling a hydraulic fluid. SOLUTION: A housing 1 of a clutch or a torque converter is provided with an inlet 2 and an outlet 3; an intake flow passage 5 having an opening P adjacent to the surface 4a of a hydraulic fluid tank 4 and led to the inlet 2 from the opening P; and a discharge flow passage 6 led to the outside of the vehicle from the outlet 3. The forklift cooling structure is constituted so that air in the vicinity of the hydraulic fluid tank 4 is sucked from the opening P by the rotation of a rotating body in the housing 1, and discharged through the outlet 3 and the discharge flow passage 6.
