PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To place slices in an aligned state on a carry-out part attached to a slicer. SOLUTION: In the sliced piece guide device in a meat slicer, a material delivered from the meat box 3 is continuously cut off by a cutter and arranged on the carry-out part. The guide device includes an opening and closing driving means 7 and an operation control means provided on the side of the base end part 4a of the carry-out part 4, and further includes a slice receiving plate 6 reciprocating between the direction of carrying out the slice and the cross direction, wherein the slices of a suitable amount counted from the start of cutting the material are substantially vertically received on the surface of the receiving plate, the initial position of which is set in the cross direction of the base end part, and at a point of time the receiving amount reaches a preset amount, the opening and closing driving means is operated to arrange the slices on the carry-out part.
