There is provided [1] a capacitor-manufacturing jig for fixing a prolonged plate for simultaneously forming a dielectric layer on a plurality of conductors for a solid electrolyte capacitor and simultaneously forming a semiconductor layer on the dielectric layer of each conductor. The jig has two end reception units electrically insulated from each other for receiving the both ends of the prolonged plate. There is also provided [2] a capacitor-manufacturing device using the jig. The device includes a power supply terminal for the dielectric layer formation and a power supply terminal for the semiconductor layer formation. The device also includes a prolonged plate having a plurality of conductor connection mechanisms. There is also provided a solid electrolyte capacitor manufacturing method using the aforementioned device. According to the present invention, it is possible to simultaneously obtain a plenty of capacitors using the semiconductor layer as one of the electrodes and having a narrow appearance capacitance distribution and a preferable ESR value.
