DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR PROCESSING TABULAR DATA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tabular data processing device capable of instantaneously expanding and displaying only an item part set by software or arbitrally set by a user if necessary without lowering the handleability of the software handling digitized tabular data.

SOLUTION: This data processing device on which the software is mounted is provided with: a non-display item storing means for storing an item with low significance in a item group constituting the tabular data as a non-display item; and a tabular data display control means for reducing display contents by not displaying items set as the non-display item in the item group of the tabular data in response to a size change command and simultaneously expanding the display size of the tabular data to display the tabular data on a monitor.
