REAR PROJECTION SCREEN AND ITS OPTICAL APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear projection screen which improves a moire effect and its optical apparatus.

SOLUTION: The rear projection screen is equipped with an optical unit having a first surface provided with a plurality of columnar convex lenses and a second surface installed relatively to the first surface and provided with a plurality of irregular projecting parts and a light shielding layer having a plurality of strip-like light absorption units adjacent to the second surface, and an optical lens positioned adjacent to the optical unit.
