PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cerebral blood flow determination analysis program or the like, capable of performing brain image reconstitution without performing subtraction when using a split-dose method of twice or more number of times, avoiding dispersion in each operator in selection of a slice including a basal ganglia and in setting of ROI, preventing occurrence of dispersion in a determination image, and removing complexities for the operator. SOLUTION: Split-dose of twice or more of a tracer labeled by RI is applied to a subject brain, and each piece of projection data acquired by performing SPECT measurement, after each split-dose, are inputted. Then, a reconstructed image after each split-dose is acquired, based on each inputted piece of projection data, and each standard brain image is acquired by performing anatomical normalization on the reconstituted image, after each split-dose. Each determination image can be acquired by performing prescribed determination to each acquired standard brain image. When the reconstituted image is acquired, IBL method or ABL method is used.
