PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor microphone for providing a stable shield function to a microphone case so as to prevent production of noise due to an electromagnetic wave by reducing high frequency impedance at a connected part between the microphone case and the connection plug of an output cable side. SOLUTION: The capacitor microphone includes: the microphone case 10 formed of a metallic cylinder and in a connector container part 13 at one end side of which a 3-pin output connector 20 is provided; a connection plug 41 provided to a balanced shield cable 40 and connected to the 3-pin output connector 20 in a state of being inserted into the connector container part 13, and the connection plug 41 is provided with a metal-made outer ring 44 electrically connected to the shield sheath wire of the balanced shield cable 40 and in contact with the inner side of the connector container part 13 to be electrically connected to the microphone case 10. A grounding contact 30 made of a leaf spring member in elastically contact with the outer ring 44 of the connection plug 41 to be electrically connected is provided on an inner side of the connector container part 13.
