PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent prying in a fitting part of a housing and a lever. SOLUTION: A return regulating means to regulate that a lever 40 returns from a waiting position to an assembling position is composed of a flexible locking piece 20 capable of displacing installed at a first housing 40 and a return regulating part 52 installed at the lever 40. In a process of displacing the lever 40 from the assembling position to the waiting position, the flexible locking piece 20 passes through the return regulating part 52 while being elastically deformed, and the flexible locking piece 20 elastically returns and is locked to the return regulating part 52 when the lever 40 reaches the waiting position. In the process of the lever 40 being displaced to the waiting position, because the first housing 10 and the lever 40 do not need to be relatively displaced so as to be separated, there is no possibility of causing prying at a fitting part of the first housing 10 and the lever 40 caused by a relative displacement in the separating direction of the first housing 10 and the lever 40.
