PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components for a disk chuck for holding a disk recording medium, to improve assembling workability, and to improve the centering accuracy of a held disk. SOLUTION: An annular base part 11, elastic arms 12 extended in a cantilever beam shape from base ends interconnected at equal angle positions on the outer periphery of the annular base part 11 along the outer periphery, and pawl section 13 disposed in the tips of the elastic arms 12 and locked in the upper surfaces in equal angle positions with respect to the periphery of the center hold of a disk recording medium are formed into an integrated mold.
