PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of high conductive inorganic particles capable of reforming inorganic particles with inherent low conductivity into ones with high conductivity. SOLUTION: The particles are reformed into high conductive particles by adding a conductive functional solution to the inorganic particles crushed to nanosize and mixing well, putting this in a pressure container for thermo-compression evaporation, and then depressurizing to generate a steam explosion.
