PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a data transfer rate cannot be improved in data transfer of an interrupt driven I/O in a conventional non-real-time OS because a data transfer band cannot be adequately secured in some cases. SOLUTION: An IRQ signal (interrupt signal) is inputted from an I/O device 1, and a DMA control device 3 is started by the IRQ signal directly outputted from an IRQ input control processing part to the DMA control device 3, and DMA transfer is performed, Thus DMA can be started more quickly than conventional DMA start caused by an interrupt handler, and the time of starting is shortened to be able and to improve the data transfer rate.
