PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam having a bulk density of <15 kg/m<SP>3</SP>, a compression strength of <1.5 kPa, and excellent dynamic properties. SOLUTION: This flexible foam having a bulk density of <15 kg/m<SP>3</SP>and a compression strength of <1.5 kPa comprises a reaction product having a NCO index of 80 to 100 and comprising (a) an aromatic polyisocyanate, (b) a polymer mixture comprising (b1) 60 to 90 pts.wt. of a polyetherpolyol having a nominal functional value of 2 to 6, an oxyethylene content of >60 wt.%, mainly primary OH groups, and an OH value of 10 to 112, and (b2) 10 to 40 pts.wt. of a polyetherpolyol having a nominal functional value of 2 to 6, an oxyethylene content of 0 to 30 wt.%, mainly secondary OH groups, and an OH value of 8 to 112, (c) water, and (d) compression-dissolved CO<SB>2</SB>in an amount of 6 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the component (b).
