PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein it is difficult to ensure an adhesion strength between a damper and a top plate. SOLUTION: The magnetic drive actuator includes: a magnetic circuit 1 comprising a plate magnet 3 and the top plate 4 sequentially laminated in the inside of a bowl-shaped yoke 2; a voice coil 5 arranged in an air gap formed between an inner circumferential part of a side wall of the yoke 2 of the magnetic circuit 1 and an outer circumferential part of the top plate 4; and a sub panel 8 for supporting the voice coil 5 in front of the magnetic circuit 1, wherein the damper 6 is supported around the sub panel 8, a voice coil 5 is wound on a wall part 6a of the damper 6 for supporting the magnetic circuit 1, and the damper 6 is arranged inside of the voice coil 5. A through-hole 4a or a recessed part is formed in the middle of the top plate 4 for fixing the damper 6, a support part 6c of the damper is positioned in the through-hole 4 or the recessed part, and thereafter an adhesive 7 is applied in a way of covering the support part 6c. Flowing of the adhesive onto the top plate is prevented, a coating amount is stabilized and the adhesion strength is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
