PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically monitor a slag flow and find a sign of deterioration of the slag flow at high precision. SOLUTION: The monitoring device 1 of molten slag flow is provided with: a three-dimension form measuring means 5 for measuring a three-dimensional form of the molten slag 4 by simultaneously observing the molten slag 4 falling down from a discharging port 3 of a furnace 2 from different directions; and a discharging property determining means 6 for determining discharging property of the molten slag 4 whether "good" or "defect", using input information D1 including at least the three-dimensional form of the molten slag 4.
