PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device having high sealing performance and a rolling deice having high sealing performance and long life. SOLUTION: A deep groove ball bearing comprises an inner ring 21 having a raceway surface 21a on the outer peripheral face, an outer ring 22 having a raceway surface 22a on the inner peripheral face in opposition to the raceway surface 21a, a plurality of rolling elements 23 rollingly arranged between both raceway surfaces 21a, 22a, a cage 24 for holding the plurality of rolling elements 23 between the inner ring 21 and the outer ring 22, and a contact-type sealing devices 25, 25 for covering the opening of a gap formed between the inner ring 21 and the outer ring 22. The sealing device 25 consists of a core 31 and an elastic member 32. The elastic member 32 is formed of a rubber composition which contains at least one of dendrimer, dendron and flarodendrimer.
