PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an un-oriented easily tearable cast film which comprises a polypropylene resin having excellent film formability and has excellent longitudinal tearability. SOLUTION: This easily tearable cast film having a layer comprising a specific polypropylene resin (A) and a nucleating agent (B) as a main layer is characterized in that the nucleating agent (B) comprises a polyethylene having a melt flow rate (MFR; a load of 2.16 kg at 190°C, ASTM D 1238) of 0.5 to 10 g/10 min and a density (ASTM D 1505) of 0.941 to 0.970 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, and the nucleating agent (B) is compounded with the polypropylene resin (A) so that the crystallization temperature (JIS K 7121) of the polypropylene resin forming the cast film is in a range of 115 to 130°C.
