PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable resin composition which can cure under mild conditions in a short time, and can obtain a low refractive index film capable of being laminated on a base material, a laminate using the same, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The photocurable resin composition comprises component (A) of a (meth)acrylic copolymer composed of a specific structural unit and component (B) of a photopolymerizable ethylenically unsaturated compound having at least one ethylenic double bond and meets the relationship of formula (1): 0.5≤(Awt)/ä(Awt)+(Bwt)}≤0.9 and formula (2): 0.1≤(Bwt)(Awt)/ä(Awt)+(Bwt)}≤0.5 when the compounding amount (part by mass) of component (A) in the solid content (including a component coming to a solid after curing) of component (A) is taken as (Awt) and the compounding amount (part by mass) of component (B) is taken as (Bwt).
