PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cooling device in the manufacturing facility of ready mixed concrete which can change the refrigeration capacity easily and further acquire refrigeration capacity needed with ease. SOLUTION: One or a plurality of coolers 300 are arranged at the predetermined equipments among the equipments arranged at each manufacturing phase of a ready-mixed concrete manufacturing facility 100. The cooler 300 comprises a combination of one or a plurality of refrigeration units 301 or 302 which can operate independently, cools the ready-mixed concrete by the necessary minimum cost and the labor hour, and can easily change the refrigeration capacity.
