PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-identify superabrasive wheel capable of reducing misuse without deteriorating accuracy of base metal. SOLUTION: In this superabrasive wheel 10, a superabrasive layer 14 is provided on an aluminum-base base metal 12. Alumite treatment of a first color is applied on the surface of the aluminum-base base metal 12. Markings 24-32 for identification of a second color different from the first color are applied.
