A power generator having greatly improved safety and durability. A hybrid type power generator wherein blades (A, A') having a wave bellows type three-dimensional shape or flat plate round type three-dimensional shape are installed in a safety dome (6) and in order to cope with wind shortage, hydroelectric power generation is also effected. Further, the power generator is installed laterally of a railway or on a utility pole or the like where a relatively strong wind blows, so that practical use of natural energy can be made.
