PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new organic silicone fine particles comprising crosslinked polysiloxane structures, useful as a modifier for a polymer material, a raw material for a cosmetic, and the like. SOLUTION: The organic silicone fine particle comprising the crosslinked polysiloxane structures has a shape of a circular ring as a whole, wherein an average of outside diameters of the particles is in a range of 0.05-15μm, an average of inside diameters thereof is in a range of 0.01-10μm, and a difference between the average of the outer diameters and the average of the inside diameters is in a range of 0.04-5μm.
