PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the density of ejection outlets, improve liquid supply performance, and also to enable ejection of highly-viscous liquid. SOLUTION: A plurality of ejection outlets for ejecting the liquid, a plurality of pressure chambers respectively communicating with the a plurality of ejection outlets, piezoelectric elements which are provided in the side opposite to the side in which the ejection outlets are provided for respectively deforming the plurality of pressure chambers, a common liquid chamber which is formed in the side opposite to the pressure chambers with respect to the piezoelectric elements for supplying the liquid to each of the plurality of pressure chambers, and electric wiring for supplying a driving signal to the piezoelectric elements are provided. The common liquid chamber is a space formed by stacking thin plates in which channels are formed. The electric wiring is formed in an opening which is formed to rise upward in approximately vertical to the plane in which the piezoelectric elements are disposed partially in the part where the stacked thin plates overlap to each other.
