PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contamination or flaw on the surface of a glass and adhesion of foreign substance thereto because of the complication of facility, in a manufacturing device wherein an optical device is built in a hollow type package and glass boards are adhered. SOLUTION: The manufacturing device is provided with an adhesive application part 4 to apply an ultraviolet curing adhesive to a package of a conveyance tray 2 supplied from loader; a glass board supply wherein a plurality of glass boards stand by; a glass mounting part 5 wherein the glass boards are picked up from the glass board supply and are conveyed, and they are placed on a plurality of packages held by the conveyance tray 2; a buffer 6 which is provided to keep the glass board being left for a specified time after the glass board is placed on the package; and an ultraviolet ray irradiation furnace 7 wherein the conveyance tray 2 is housed, an ultraviolet ray is applied to the ultraviolet curing adhesive to cure it, and the glass board is fixed to the package.
