PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the technology of more securely regulating the thrust of a fixing roller even when an installation space near the fixing roller is limited. SOLUTION: The fixing device includes: a snap ring 90 that engages with holes 56a, 56b, and 56c made in the longitudinal one end of the fixing roller 50; and a fixing gear 80 for regulating the position of the fixing roller 50 by engaging with the snap ring 90.
