PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive adhesive tape which is capable of showing an improved conducting performance and an improved workability. SOLUTION: The conductive adhesive tape comprises a conductive layer made of a conductive metal laid on an adhesive layer made of a conductive adhesive via a substrate layer, wherein fiber fabric is used as the substrate layer so that the conductive metal foil can be in contact with the conductive adhesive to exert conductivity in the direction of lamination.
