PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device of an opening part of an elevator gateway, a room, a passage or the like, capable of being opened/closed easily, surely, and at relatively high speed using simultaneous reciprocating members. SOLUTION: The door device comprises a first door member (7) having a fixed side part (7a) and a movable side part (7b) and constituted so that a lateral dimension (A) between the movable side part and the fixed side part is variable, and a driving mechanism for moving the movable side part (7b) of the first door member. The fixed side part (7a) of the first door member is firmly fixed to a first side part (13a) of the opening part. When the movable side part (7b) of the first door member is arranged so as to be adjacent to the first side part (13a) of the opening part, the opening part (13) is opened. When the movable side part (7b) of the first door member is arranged in a prescribed position apart from the first side part (13a), the opening part (13) is closed. The driving mechanism includes the simultaneous reciprocating members (54, 56) provided in the periphery of the opening part (13) or flexible members (54b, 56b) diverging from the simultaneous reciprocating members (54, 56) and guided by the guides (58, 60).
