PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cracking stirrer which cracks and stirs efficiently an object to be cracked such as pooled incinerated ash and soil. SOLUTION: The cracking stirrer is provided with a hopper 1 pooling the object to be cracked such as pooled incinerated ash and soil, a pusher 3 extend-retract moving along the inner bottom surface of the hopper 1 and pushing out the object to be cracked in the hopper 1 to a stirring chamber 2 continued to the hopper 1, vaned wheels 4A-4D having a plurality of vanes 12 on the outer periphery of a rotary shaft 11 at intervals in an axial direction, and rotating in the stirring chamber 2 centering the rectangular and horizontal axial center against the extend-retract movement direction of the pusher 3, and a lower blade 5 arranged between vanes 12 of the bladed wheels 4A-4D and fixed on the inner bottom surface of the stirring chamber 2, the cracking and stirring of the object to be cracked which is pushed out by the pusher 3 to the stirring chamber 2 being carried out with the lower blade 5 and the vanes 12 passing among the lower blades 5.
