LIGNAN GLYCOSIDASE AND UTILIZATION OF THE SAME

It is intended to provide an enzyme having a lignan glycosidation activity by identifying an enzyme participating in the formation of a lignan glycoside, determining the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of this enzyme and the base sequence of a polynucleotide encoding this polypeptide, and constructing a transformant capable of producing the lignan glycoside based on these sequential data.
