METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR PROVIDING EGOVERNMENT SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE, USING ANY TYPE OF COMMUNICATION DEVICES

An egovernment system with a services based integration architecture and an "internet gateway" instead of a web or application server to enable fast deployment of egovernment services including delivery of physical documents to the public using interactive web-enable ATMs or any other type of communication devices anywhere, anytime. The "internet gateway" is responsible for linking a device or application from outside the egovernment environment with a service within it in a bi-directional fashion without specific knowledge of the device or application before this access takes place. Moreover, a system and method for customers to conduct various egovernment transactions at a single touch through a dedicated one-stop-shop egovernment centre at any convenient location and a one-stop-shop website that provides complete chains of services for each category of electronic transactions.
