<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide packaged goods of salted or seasoned herring roe effectively preventing salt grain deposition caused by drying, discoloration by oxidation and microbial contamination, excellent in lustrous grainy roe appearance peculiar to herring roe and improving long preservability and commercial value, and effectively preventing slip of array in transportation. <P>SOLUTION: The packaged goods of herring roe are such one that a plurality of herring roes are arranged in a desired form or arranged through a sheet-like product in a desired form so as to form space on a seat or tray bottom, a shrink film is stuck to an outer surface appearing from the upper side of the herring roes, and the shrink film is stuck and fixed at least to the space of the seat or tray bottom or the sheet-like product existing in the space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
