<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a human antibody scarcely providing an immunogen in human treatment and in vivo diagnosis. <P>SOLUTION: An isolated fully human antibody against a specific antigen is prepared by administering the specific antigen to a transgenic animal modified so as to produce the fully human antibody in response to the antigen administration and deficient in endogenous gene loci.
