<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder and power source unit for an electronic device (MP3 player, for example) having flexibility, preferably having RF (FM, for example) transmission ability, enabling a user to easily utilize a wide range of ability of the electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: This holder, power source, and RF transmitter (optional) unit holds the electronic device (MP3 player, for example) when the electronic device is actuating to supply power to the electronic device, and receive data signals from the electronic device. Power is supplied from an external power source to a power obtaining part of the unit (such as a cigarette lighter adapter) to be fed through the holder to the electronic device. The data signals from the electronic device are processed by the RF transmitter in the unit.
